Description

Disposition of certain firearms acquired by localities. Provides that a locality is not required to offer for sale certain firearms that are surrendered to a locality accompanied by a signed request that the firearm be destroyed. Amends § 15.2-915.5, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
