Description

Professional and occupational licenses; temporary licenses for spouses of military service members. Extends from six months to 12 months the temporary license, certification, or permit issued by any regulatory board in Title 54.1 to applicants who are spouses of military service members to allow the respective regulatory board to complete its review of the documentation provided by the applicant or for the applicant to complete any specific requirements that may be required in Virginia that were not required in the jurisdiction in which the applicant holds the license, permit, or certificate.
