Description
Provisions of subdivision ordinance. Provides that a locality's subdivision ordinance shall include the submission of a certification by the developer of a common interest community subject to the Property Owners%92 Association Act ( 55-508 et seq.) that the developer has reviewed the best practices developed under subdivision A 8 of 54.1-2349 of the Code of Virginia and given consideration to the best practices in drafting the declaration.
