Eliminates the requirement for an annual report assessing the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program (TANF), an annual report on strategies to maximize the amount of federal funds available for child care services for TANF recipients and families, and regular reports on the fulfillment of Department of Social Services responsibilities related to faith-based and community initiatives.
