Comments

Jenny writes:

Typos in the bill notwithstanding ("sucks contracts" or "such contracts"? instead of "such contacts"), I think the bill needs to add "knowingly." A person could be within 100 feet of another (thinking Walmart). If the respondent, upon happening to run into petitioner, quickly walks away, I do not think it would fair to charge such a person with a violation.
