Description
Violations of protective orders; penalty. Provides that any person who commits any assault or bodily wounding upon or stalks any party protected by a protective order is guilty of a Class 6 felony. Currently, the Class 6 felony is only applicable if the person commits an assault and battery that results in serious bodily injury to the protected party. Read the Bill »
