Description
Minimum wage. Increases the minimum wage from its current federally mandated level of $7.25 per hour to $10.10 per hour effective July 1, 2016, unless a higher minimum wage is required by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This increase applies only to any employee who is (i) age 25 years or older and (ii) employed by an employer with more than 15 employees. Read the Bill »
