Description

Submission of papers to appellate court; acceptability of electronic medium. Requires the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court to establish an electronic filing system for use by the general district courts. The bill requires judges or clerks of the general district courts to transmit to the appellate court all documents required on appeal in electronic form. Read the Bill »
