Description
Local government; mandatory provisions of a subdivision ordinance; notice to homeowner associations. Requires a locality to include in its subdivision ordinance a provision requiring a developer of property to give written notice to incorporated property owners' associations within a planned unit development at such time as prescribed in the ordinance under certain circumstances.
