Description
Protective orders; possession of firearms; penalty. Prohibits a person who is subject to a protective order from possessing a firearm, punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor for a first or second offense and a Class 6 felony for a third or subsequent offense. Currently, such person is prohibited only from purchasing or transporting a firearm. Read the Bill »
