Description
State funding; ratio of full-time equivalent instructional positions to students identified as having limited English proficiency. Requires state funding to be provided to each local school division to support one full-time equivalent instructional position for every 22 students identified as having limited English proficiency. Under current law, such ratio is 17 full-time equivalent instructional positions for every 1,000 students identified as having limited English proficiency. Read the Bill »
