Description
Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act; required disclosures; septic tanks. Adds to the mandatory disclosure for wastewater systems the provision that purchasers are advised to exercise whatever due diligence they deem necessary to determine the costs associated with any pump-out of septic tanks, annual inspection, and repair.
