Description
Fantasy Contests Act; civil penalty. Creates the Fantasy Contests Act (the Act), which applies to fantasy contests offered in Virginia. The bill defines "fantasy contest," provides that fantasy contests do not constitute illegal gambling, and sets forth the conditions for conducting such contests.
