Description

Emergency custody; temporary detention; law-enforcement agency. Provides that for the purposes of executing emergency custody and temporary detention orders and providing transportation for persons subject to such orders, the definition of "law-enforcement agency" does not include any town that has a police department that does not provide law-enforcement services on a 24-hours-per-day, seven-days-per-week basis.
