Description
Freedom of Information Act; exemption related to disclosures; technical amendment. Corrects the exemption from mandatory disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act for records related to the disclosure statements filed by members of the General Assembly by identifying such member disclosure statements as semiannual, not annual.
