Public schools; organizations governing interscholastic programs. Prohibits a public school from becoming or remaining a member of any organization or entity whose purpose is to regulate or govern interscholastic programs that classifies or aligns schools for competitive purposes pursuant to a formula based on student enrollment or participation unless such organization or entity apportions voting rights to member schools based on the same formula.
