Description

Electric utility regulation; agricultural net energy metering. Allows an otherwise-eligible agricultural customer-generator to participate in an electric utility's net energy metering program if it is to be served by multiple meters located on one parcel or on multiple adjacent parcels. Currently, such an agricultural customer-generator may be served by multiple meters that are located at separate but contiguous sites. Read the Bill »
