Driving under the influence; private property. Provides that a person cannot be found guilty of driving under the influence if such person is in a motor vehicle that is on private property and such vehicle is not in motion. Amends § 18.2-266, § 18.2-266.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
