Description

Sediment reduction credits. Authorizes Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permittees to acquire and use sediment reduction credits as part of a compliance strategy for implementing the Chesapeake Bay TMDL. Currently, MS4s have similar authority for nitrogen and phosphorous; the bill adds a third pollutant, sediment. Read the Bill »
