Description

Hunting of coyotes; county or city ordinances. Adds the hunting of coyotes to the list of firearm-hunting topics about which a county or city is authorized to adopt ordinances. Current law allows the governing body of a county or city to adopt ordinances prohibiting hunting with certain types of shotguns, permitting groundhog hunting under certain conditions, permitting hunting with muzzleloaders, and specifying permissible ammunition types.
