Prohibits a locality from requiring notice to or consent of a condominium association or homeowners' association prior to the issuance of a permit, certificate, or license, including a building permit or a business license. THIS CONFORMED MY BILL TO THE HOUSE BILL, WHICH SAYS THE SAME THING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY.
