Description

Department of Social Services; information sharing. Requires the Department of Social Services to provide access to information regarding a medical assistance applicant's receipt of public assistance from programs administered by the Department to entities approved by the Board of Medical Assistance Services to receive applications and to determine eligibility for medical assistance.
