THIS BILL IS A HOUSEKEEPING BILL FOR THE COURTS AND IT PROVIDES FOR A UNIFORM METHOD FOR SETTING HOURS AND AT THE REQUEST OF THE CLERKS AROUND THE STATE, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADDED TO MAKE CLEAR THAT THE CLERKS RETAIN THEIR CURRENT STATUTORY PREROGATIVE TO SET THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR A CLERK'S OFFICE.
