Description
Local environmental cleanup programs. Allows localities to establish a voluntary environmental cleanup program to provide recognition to retailers that establish practices such as credit to consumers who use reusable bags or the recycling of plastic bags. The bill allows for imposition of a fee on retailers that do not participate in the program and allows the locality to use collected fees for environmental cleanup. Read the Bill »
