Description
Electric utilities; line extensions to serve megasites. Authorizes electric utilities to recover through their base rates the cost of extending lines to provide industrial-grade service to a megasite that is available for an economic development project. The fact that the current owner of the site will not be receiving the electric service will not bar the utility from recovering the costs of the service extension. Read the Bill »
