Maximum number of circuit court judges; 19th Judicial Circuit. Reduces from 15 to 14 the maximum number of circuit court judges in the 19th Judicial Circuit (Fairfax, Fairfax County), effective July 1, 2018, or upon the death, resignation, or retirement of any judge of that court, whichever occurs later. The 19th only has 14 judges currently seated.

I'm sure that Delegate Albo is trying to look busy here, but creating a bill for a non-issue is wasting both the taxpayer's time and wasting his peers time in even having to discuss this bill.
