Description

Voter registration records; deadline extension. Provides for the extension of the date for the closing of the registration records in the event that a failure of the Virginia voter registration system occurs prior to the close of the registration records. The bill requires that the period of such extension equal the amount of time during which the registration system was unavailable for registration activities. Read the Bill »
