Description

Stormwater; erosion and sediment control; 10,000 square foot minimum disturbance. Increases from 2,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet the minimum area of land disturbance within a Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area that triggers the applicability of erosion or stormwater management programs. Current law establishes a 10,000-square-foot threshold for land-disturbing activities that are located outside of Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas. Read the Bill »
