Description
Office of the State Inspector General; extension of jurisdiction to agencies funded 50 percent or more by state funds. Extends the jurisdiction of the Office of the State Inspector General by way of amending the definition of "state agency" to include any board, bureau, commission, council, or instrumentality of a political subdivision of the Commonwealth funded 50 percent or more by state funds. Del. Ben Cline (R-Amherst): thank you, Mr. Speaker. The senate thought this bill was so nice they asked me to enact it twice and put a reenactment clause on it. I would ask to reject it and we can go into conference if we can wedge that thing off of this.
