Description
Crime victim's right to nondisclosure of certain information; murder. Requires that if a minor dies as a result of any crime involving sexual assault, sexual abuse, or family abuse, written consent provided by the victim's next of kin to law enforcement is necessary before a law-enforcement agency may disclose any information that identifies the victim.
