[Unknown]: THOSE ARE THE QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY THE RENT, THOSE ARE THE THINGS THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. SO AS WE'RE SEEKING TO BUILD A NEW VIRGINIA ECONOMY, WE NEED TO KEEP IN MIND THAT BUSINESSES ARE LOOKING FOR PLACES TO LOCATE WHERE WE HAVE PROTECTIONS LIKE THIS. MORE THAN 90% OF FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES PREVENT DISCRIMINATION BASED ON SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND AT LEAST TWO-THIRDS BASED ON GENDER IDENTITY. AND IF WE DON'T PROTECT PEOPLE, THEY'RE GOING TO GO ELSEWHERE, SO AGAIN I RENEW THE MOTION THAT THE BILL PASS.
