GOTWALD HEREBY BE COMMENDED ON BEING NAMED A 2017 OUTSTANDING VIRGINIAN AND BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER THAT THE CLERK OF THE SENATE PREPARE A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION FOR PRESENTATION TO BRUCE C.
