Description
County food and beverage tax; York County. Authorizes York County to impose a food and beverage tax at a rate of up to eight percent. The Board of Supervisors would be required to hold a public hearing and adopt an ordinance implementing the tax by a unanimous vote, but would not be required to hold a referendum. Read the Bill »
