Description

Charitable gaming; conduct of bingo games. Increases from two to four the number of days per week on which bingo games may be conducted. The bill provides that this four-day limitation does not apply to any building or other premises owned by (i) a qualified organization that is exempt from taxation pursuant to 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) any county, city, or town.
