Description

Extensions of weight limits. Allows the owner of a motor vehicle with a gross weight of up to 90,000 pounds to obtain a permit to authorize the operation of such vehicle, provided that the vehicle can bridge the weight without any axle or group overweight allowance. Read the Bill »
