You cannot safeguard Constitutional RIGHTS while proposing bills that mandate "government registration" of PRIVATE PROPERTY.
REGISTRATION of PRIVATE PROPERTY is the Core Reason the Civil War occurred.
This bill directly Contradicts Constitutionally Protected Rights of the Individual.
Farm use vehicles; imposes $250 fine for violating limitations while operating unregistered vehicle. (HB1440)
The roads and highways belong to The People. NOT government.
Government exists for the sole purpose of Securing The People's Rights as codified in the Contract.
Breach of Contract causes Damages.
This bill will endanger the Lives of all state, and local public service employees (Unelected)
by expanding the Individual Economic Torts imposed against citizenry under Color of Law.
Poor Police training in educating them on the difference between the Law and merely legal codes,
is causing the current Police Officer Executions on the streets of our Nation.
Legal and Lawful are two distinctly opposite religions.
Police officers are not "law enforcement". That is just a job title.
"Law Enforcement" is a Jury.
Juries have been banned from use in Virginia's court System (district courts) since the creation of the star chambers operating OFF the Commonwealth of Virginia Treasurer's books
when the Unconstitutional Administrative Process Act was implemented in the 1970's by sitting Legislators
who were professionally licensed to practice law, yet Unregistered with the IBA to do so.
These district courts and the unelected employees whom We, the taxpayers that pay for the delivery of their Honest government-prePaid Services,
are Defrauding all incorporated municipalities and the public at large.
These district court Systems - represent a plague upon The People worse that fleas transmitting The Black Plague.
Robber Barons will not be tolerated on my roads.
ASSESSING $$$$ TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS IN POSSESSION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT A HEARING - IS COMMUNISM AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
