Public institutions of higher education; academic credit for American Sign Language courses. Clarifies that each public institution of higher education is required to count credit received for successful completion of American Sign Language courses at institutions of higher education from which students transfer or transfer such course credit toward satisfaction of the foreign language entrance requirements of the public institution of higher education. Del. Mark Levine (D-Alexandria): MR. SPEAKER, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, TODAY, JANUARY 27 IS HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY. ON THIS DAY, 72 YEARS AGO, THE LARGEST CONCENTRATION CAMP IN EUROPE AUSCHWITZ UPPER CANAL WAS LIBERATED. THERE WERE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE LEFT ALIVE AT THAT TIME. MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAD NOT ALREADY BEEN MURDERED WERE SENT ON DEATH MARCHES.
