Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 8.01-628.1 as follows:

§ 8.01-628.1. Temporary injunction of contract for services; rape, forcible sodomy, or object sexual penetration.

In an action for a temporary injunction of a contract for services, where one party to such contract has been convicted of or has been found by a preponderance of the evidence to have committed (i) rape pursuant to subsection A of § 18.2-61, (ii) forcible sodomy pursuant to subsection A of § 18.2-67.1, or (iii) object sexual penetration pursuant to subsection A of § 18.2-67.2, against the other party to such contract, the court shall consider such a conviction or finding in assessing whether to grant such temporary injunction.
