I YIELD. THE GENTLEMAN YIELDS. THANK YOU. DOES THE GENTLEMAN ACCEPT THE PREMISE THAT MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY HAVE REEMPLOYMENT RIGHTS, IF THEY HAVE EMPLOYMENT IN VIRGINIA WHEN THEY COME BACK FROM DEPLOYMENT? MR. Comments

Brad writes:

I support this bill. As the owner of multiple small businesses I can say that such incentives will have an impact on where I locate and how my business operates. "Green" industries are a rapidly expanding segment of our nation's economy and state/local government should be to empowered to attract such businesses to this state. Finally, I'm a sucker for any bill containing the words "tax incentive" and "regulatory flexibility".
