Description

Housing authorities; approval for construction, etc. Provides that the approval of the local governing body, including town councils, is required before a housing authority may exercise certain powers. The bill changes the term "county or city" to "locality," which is defined under 1-221 to mean any county, city, or town. The bill contains a technical amendment. Read the Bill »
