Description
Local election districts and precincts. Provides that any property line or subdivision boundary shown on an official local property map will constitute a "clearly observable boundary" for the purpose of constituting a district or precinct boundary. Current law provides that only property lines and subdivision boundaries that appear on VDOT maps, United States Geological Survey topographical maps, or the TIGER/line files of the United States Bureau of the Census may be used.
