Description

Personal jurisdiction over a person; domicile and residential requirements for suits for annulment, affirmance, or divorce; civilian employees and foreign service officers. Extends to all civilian employees of the United States, where current law applies to foreign service officers, certain requirements for a court to exercise personal jurisdiction over a person stationed in a territory or foreign country and establishing domicile in the Commonwealth for the purposes of an annulment, affirmance, or divorce.
