Description

DRIVE SMART Virginia Education Fund. Establishes a method by which holders of an account for an electronic toll collection device that is the property of the Commonwealth may opt in to make a voluntary contribution through electronic means to the DRIVE SMART Virginia Education Fund (the Fund), created by the bill. The bill requires that contributions to the Fund be used solely for the purposes of supporting educational projects through DRIVE SMART Virginia. Read the Bill »
