Del. Mark Keam (D-Vienna): HOUSE BILL 1951 WOULD INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICES SERVICE BOARD BY ONE MEMBER AND DESIGNATE THE INDIVIDUAL REPRESENTING COMMUNITY INTERESTS. CURRENTLY THE BOARD CROP PRIZED OF THOSE WHO REPRESENT IMVICTIMS AND STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND DID HE SIGNIFICANT SENATE THAT THE MEMBER SERVE ON THE COMMITTEE ON TRAINING AND FINALLY THE LEGISLATION WOULD DIRECT THAT THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY WOULD REVIEW THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AT LARGE AND DEVELOP A PLAN FOR RESTRUCTURING TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY. I MOVE THAT THE BILL BE ENGROSSED AND ADVANCED TO THE THIRD READING.
