This bill would overrule the democratic process that defeated the ballot initiative last November by a margin of 67% to 33%. This bill is sour grapes that the County BoS lost their pet project.

This bill should be withdrawn. That such an end run around an overwhelming majority of the people's will is shameful. I hope Del Landes will apologize to his constitutents & amend his disregard for our votes by withdrawing this bill.
