DOES IT INCLUDE THOSE OFFICE -- THOSE ELECTIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE -- WHO NEED TO BE REPLACED IN A STATE OR LOCAL OFFICE? WELL, IF IT DOES, IF THAT IS THE INTENT OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE SUPPORTING THIS BILL, THEN WE NEED TO HAVE AN HONEST EXPRESSION OF THAT IN THE BILL, AND A FISCAL IMPACT STATEMENT AS TO WHAT IT WILL COST TO HAVE TWO SETS OF BALLOTS ON A DAY WHEN OUR FEDERAL OFFICES ARE BEING VOTED FOR. THANK YOU, MR. SPEAKER
