Description
Third or subsequent conviction of street gang crimes; penalty. Provides that for purposes of imposing the Class 3 felony penalty for a third or subsequent conviction for criminal street gang participation or recruitment for a criminal street gang, prior convictions include findings of not innocent or adjudications of delinquency in the case of a juvenile.
