Arlington County School Board; maximum salary of members. Removes the $25,000 cap on the salary of certain members of the Arlington County School Board, thereby permitting each member of such school board to be paid a salary in accordance with the general procedures and limits that are applicable to elected school boards in the Commonwealth. A BILL TO REPEAL TH >> STRENGTHENS THE COAL MINING RECOMMENDATION BONDING SYSTEM TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL RESTORATION OF COAL MINES ONCE CLOSED. AN ALTERNATIVE BONDING MECHANISM AND FUNDED BY RECLAIMATION TAX ON COAL THAT IS MINED AND REMOVES THE SUNSET SO THE FUND CAN CONTINUE TO GROW AND COVER THE PERMITS STILL ACTIVE AND THERE ARE SILL SEVERAL.
