HAVE MORE INVOLVEMENT IN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM, THEN VOTE AGAINST THE BILL. IF YOU WANT OUR PARENTS TO BE INVOLVED AND HAVE A DECISION ON WHETHER SOMETHING IS APPROPRIATE FOR THEIR CHILD OR NOT, VOTE FOR THE BILL. IF YOU THINK THAT THIS IS CAUSING A SLIPPERY SLOPE, LET ME JUST SAY THIS, THIS LEGISLATION, AS THE GENTLEMAN FROM FAIRFAX SAID, IS A COMPROMISE. IT IS VERY NARROWLY DRAWN AT THIS POINT. THE REASON WE DID THAT WAS BECAUSE OF THE CONCERNS THAT WORKS FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL SYSTEMS, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DEFINE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT. THIS DOES THAT IN A SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD METHOD. I WOULD ALSO SAY TO THE GENTLEMAN FROM ARLINGTON, THAT THE WAY THIS WORKS, IS THAT WHEN WE DIRECT A SCHOOL BOARD TO HAVE A POLICY, THEY HAVE IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS. THAT'S THE REASON THAT WE SITE THIS SPECIFIC CODE SESSION. IT'S SPECIFIC, IT GIVES THEM DIRECTION. IT'S VERY SIMPLE. THEY ALSO HAVE THE RESOURCE OF LOCAL COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEYS, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN COUNCIL, EACH AND EVERY SCHOOL SYSTEM THAT CAN ASSIST THEM WITH THIS. LASTLY MR. SPEAKER, LET ME JUST SAY AGAIN THAT SOMEHOW IN THIS HOUSING WE GOT TO GET AWAY FROM USING FALSE CHARACTERIZATION OF
