Term limits; certain public bodies in City of Chesapeake. Provides that members of the Chesapeake Economic Development Authority, Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Chesapeake Airport Authority, and Chesapeake Hospital Authority shall be limited to two terms.
